Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing and Head of Nursing Department to manage the hospital quality policy and quality system.
- Provide effective and efficient nursing care to patients to ensure that the highest standards of clinical outcome are maintained
- Plan and manage staffing needs, staff development and all HR matters related to the Nursing Department.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma/Degree in nursing, registered with Malaysia Nursing Board with valid APC
- Experience: Minimum > 7 years of nursing experience and minimum 3 years in related field with post basic certification of midwifery / renal nursing / paediatric nursing
- Attitude: Committed, caring, and willing to learn.
