1. PUBLIC RELATIONS SENIOR EXECUTIVE
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting in the development and execution of PR strategies and PR programmes to create awareness among members of EPF’s role and initiatives;
- Researching and drafting corporate communications materials including speeches for senior management, press releases etc;
- Answering media queries, arranging interviews, press conferences and media briefings;
- Assisting in issues management;
- Monitoring the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires and blogs;
- Establishing and building media and stakeholder relationship for the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong first Degree in Mass Communication / Business Administration or equivalent with CGPA of 3.25 and above;
- Minimum credits in both Bahasa Malaysia and English at SPM level;
- At least 5 years’ working experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications (experienced journalists are also encouraged to apply);
- Excellent writing skills especially in English;
- Sound understanding of traditional and new media;
- Ability to work under pressure and in crisis situation;
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work in a diverse environment and possess high integrity;
- Professional, matured and dynamic;
- Computer literate including proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
2. DIGITAL COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing in-house digital media such as online news magazine and e-newsletter;
- Developing and managing storage of electronic data, records and information;
- Handling offline and online communication surveys (knowledge of SPSS an advantage);
- Knowledgeable in handling hardware and software for audio and video editing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong first Degree in Digital Multimedia / Multimedia Software or equivalent with CGPA of 3.25 and above;
- Minimum credits in both Bahasa Malaysia and English at SPM level;
- At least 3 years’ working experience in related field;
- Sound understanding of new media;
- Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English;
- Ability to work under pressure with outstanding attention to details;
- Professional, matured and dynamic.
