international trade, agriculture, health and etc. The position of Consumer Complaints Executive is available at
the division under FOMCA which handles consumer complaints. This division is a registered foundation called the National Consumer Complaints Centre or NCCC. Rights to be heard and rights to redress are two of the fundamental rights of consumers. NCCC provides a venue for alternative dispute resolution or ADR for consumers when they fail to resolve thier grievances with private and public organisation. NCCC also serves as a one stop centre for all types of consumer complaints. NCCC manages about 30, 000 consumer complaints annually. We are looking for qualified and dynamic applicants for the following position:
