1. Manager, Credit Collection & Recovery (Credit Control Department)
Main Responsibilities:
- To plan & strategize collection & recovery initiatives for Delinquent & NPL Accounts
- To ensure collection & recovery activities are aligned with the target set and within the stipulated timeframe
- To ensure reclassification & rescheduling activities (especially for accounts that requires special attention for Rescheduling & Workout Proposal) are executed accordingly
- To manage and monitor NPL accounts, Call Center activities and Debt Collection Agencies performance
- To analyze loan payment trends and come up with effective action plans to increase cash collection
- To ensure collection activities are executed according to procedures and in line with the Bank’s Credit Policies & Guidelines
- To prepare performance report for Management
- To undertake ad-hoc assignment as and when required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Banking / Finance / Economy
- At least 8 years working experience in related field
- Preferably Manager specializing in Credit Control area in Banking Services
- Good interpersonal, communication and written skills & able to work with minimum supervision
- Integrity, good managerial skills and able to work under pressure while meeting targets and deadlines
- Added advantage for Certified Credit Professional (CCP) holders
