Responsibilities:
- Ensure all branch / off bank ATM tenancies are timely renewed and the review of new rentals are acceptable within the current market rates and meeting the Bank’s target in overall cost savings (rental) for the Bank.
- Ensure all Tenancy / Renewal Agreements are timely executed / stamped and the terms & conditions of the Agreement are legally acceptable with the Bank’s interest protected at all times.
- Ensure the handing over of the tenancies of those branches identified for closure / relocation within the set target with the objective of achieving cost savings to the Bank i.e. without incurring additional rental (penalty, delay in delivery) as well as offering cash in lieu of restoration works, based on lowest tender /quotations.
