Responsibilities:
Develop and manage business plans for optimal result in KPIs
Lead and coach sales staff
Create marketing and sales campaigns
Deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder (Diploma Or SPM holder with experience will be considered)
5 years of experience (min 2 years in sales management)
A high achieving leader
Able to train and motivate the sales team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
