Responsibilities:
- Advise and attend to customers' needs for servicing / repairing of vehicles.
- Establish of total customer care standards of the service center.
- Assist in the achievement of branch service and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective implementation of customer retention program.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering / Business Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in automotive industry especially at the Service Centre.
- Pleasant personality with strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent team player with less supervision.
- Possess valid driving license.
